Every Hafnia Mafia item is produced to order, so please check your chosen size, colour and delivery details carefully before placing your order.

CHANGING YOUR MIND

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us within this period if you wish to cancel or return an eligible item.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. You may be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Items that are personalised or made to your individual specification may not qualify for the statutory cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs showing the problem.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

REFUNDS
